All great things take time. Please allow 10- 21 business days to receive your crown.

Once your order is placed

Days 1-2: Order processing

Day 3-7: Supplies ordered and received from supplier // Ready to Wear orders are marked ready for pickup/ shipped

Day 7-10: Single Bundles/ Lace pieces are marked ready for pickup/shipped

Day 10-18: Custom crowns are constructed, styled, packaged and dispatched

Day 19-21: Custom orders are marked ready for pickup/shipped

Please contact customer service with any changes to shipping information immediately. Once your order has been marked complete and ready for pickup/ shipping your information may not be changed.

Crowned Queens does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Should there be discrepancies with your order, please contact customer service. Please see our "policies"page for more information.
