I sent an e-mail regarding my order. When can I expect a response?

Please allow 24-48 hours for responses from our customer service team. If this time has expired, kindly send a follow up email and we will be sure to get back with you.
How do I update or change my shipping information?

Please contact customer service with any changes to shipping information immediately. Once your order has been marked complete and ready for pickup/ shipping your information may not be changed.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Crowned Queens does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Should there be discrepancies with your order, please contact customer service. Please see our "policies"page for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?

All great things take time. Please allow 10- 21 business days to receive your crown. Once your order is placed Days 1-2: Order processing Day 3-7: Supplies ordered and received from supplier // Ready to Wear orders are marked ready for pickup/ shipped Day 7-10: Single Bundles/ Lace pieces are marked ready for pickup/shipped Day 10-18: Custom crowns are constructed, styled, packaged and dispatched Day 19-21: Custom orders are marked ready for pickup/shipped
Can I provide my own hair for a wig?

Yes! You may provide your own hair and get a unit constructed by us. Please see the "Classes and Other Services" tab for a complete, in depth policy on Provide your own hair units. KEEP IN MIND that styles and colors are not guaranteed when you provide your own extensions.
What kind of wigs do you sell?

Crowned Queens offers a wide array of wigs to choose from. Lace closure wigs are our most popular but we also offer lace frontal wigs as well as full lace wigs upon request. Each crown is made with 2-5 bundles of virgin or raw hair extensions sourced from Asia.
How long will my wig last?

Since our crowns are sourced with the finest hair on the market, most crowns can be worn at least 2 years with proper maintenance. Crown Spa packages are available to keep your crowns shining like new. Visit our "Classes and other services tab" to view a complete list of services.
How do I find my measurements?

Measuring your own head has never been easier! Below is a guide to finding the your measurements to your next crown.
Will I be updated after I order my wig?

We love to communicate with our Queens but we won't overload you with updates. You will receive an initial order confirmation once we've received your order. If we have questions about your order, we will reach out to you via our chat feature or text/email you. Other than that, your next update will be once your order is complete and has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
